III Talent search, counseling, and programs for gifted and talented (Room 140) – Dr. Stephen Gessner , President, The Council for American Culture and Education (working language English)

Educators working with gifted and talented children, organizers of academic Olympiads and special programs for gifted children, teacher trainers, education leaders, local or state government officials, parents of gifted children etc.
